Petar Mosic is a contemporary Serbian artist known for his breathtaking realism paintings. His works often feature everyday objects such as fruit or flowers, and are rendered with such precision that they seem almost hyper-realistic. Petar Mosic’s art is characterized by his ability to capture the subtle nuances of light and shadow, creating a sense of depth and texture that draws the viewer in.
I have discovered this artist in concept store in Belgrade. Looking of one is of its oil drawings, it was enough to understandhow much talent he possess. The ability to transfer emotions on oil drawing with a high dose of realism is outstanding. The are represented very subtle emotions as the phobia of modern societies, some fetish dark sides, nostalgia, melancholy with a delicacy touch. I am so glad that ‘The Fear’, the woman with the raised
sweater is part of my contemporary collection.
